This is a naturally leavened 100% whole grain loaf. It has been modelled on a Scandinavian Rye Bread.
The wheat is sourced by Biobasics from farmers growing ancient Paigambari wheat in Madhya Pradesh and regular organic whole wheat sourced from Jivabhumi.
