Make a sandwich- featuring the Summer Sandwich Focaccia
A BLT with The Summer Sandwich Focaccia- this bread is made with a type of starter called the Biga! Unlike a traditional focaccia, which is baked in a pan with lots of olive oil, this is baked directly on the oven stone. It is topped with lashings of garlic confited oilve oil both before and after baking. It is perfect for a light sandwich.
About Us
Our bakery is located in Hebbal, Bangalore. We bake all our bread using locally and responsibly grown grains and other raw material. We use ancient techniques such as sourdough to bake a lot of our breads using different combinations of grains.
All breads are on preorder and delivered fresh to you on Tuesdays and Fridays.
