We bake and deliver fresh bread to your homes on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS ONLY.. Your orders have to be placed by SUNDAY night for TUESDAY deliveries and WEDNESDAY night for FRIDAY deliveries. You can also choose to pick up your bread after pre-ordering it- on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9AM and 2PM. Please contact us on 7760750727 if you have any questions about this system.

Make a sandwich- featuring the Summer Sandwich Focaccia

A BLT with The Summer Sandwich Focaccia- this bread is made with a type of starter called the Biga! Unlike a traditional focaccia, which is baked in a pan with lots of olive oil, this is baked directly on the oven stone. It is topped with lashings of garlic confited oilve oil both before and after baking. It is perfect for a light sandwich.
