Cancellation Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of some of the products, Loafer and Co. will accept any cancelled orders prior to the goods being dispatched from the bakery.

• If you would like to discuss a cancellation, please contact us at loaferandco@gmail.com or Whatsapp 7760750727, quoting your Name, Order Reference Number and the date of your order.

• You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

Returns and Refunds

• If for any reason you are not happy with Loafer and Co. products, we will offer you a full refund. 

• Any returns and refund will be arranged within seven working days of the matter being settled.
