90% all purpose flour, 10% whole wheat, olive oil, water, salt, yeast. Topped with dried onion, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sea salt and confit garlic.
These rolls are made using the same technique as regular Italian focaccia. They are coated in the seed and onion mix and then topped with confit garlic olive oil before and after baking
The garlic we use is mountain garlic that is sourced from the Tons Valley Shop in Uttarakhand.
