The Kaala Mallipulo is grown on a farm in Kerala and is rich in nutrients. It has a lovely, nutty flavour and wonderful aroma and almost behaves like a seed when mixed into the dough.
We source the rice from Biobasics and all the other ingredients from Jivabhumi
