Sesame- coated with white and black sesame and a little sea salt
Slow fermented, yeasted bread
Storage information: Our bagels are best consumed before 36 hours post baking baking. Anything beyond that and they have to be wrapped in cling film and stored in the freezer. Will keep for 7 days. Just take out and thaw for an hour, then slice and toast in a toaster or in an oven with the top coil on till brown and crisp.
