We bake and deliver fresh bread to your homes on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS only.
Your orders have to be placed by SUNDAY night for TUESDAY deliveries and WEDNESDAY night for FRIDAY deliveries.
Bread of the month- Caper Olive Focaccia Rolls
We have sourced some wonderful locally and organically grown capers from Ishka Farms in Tamil Nadu. We add a whole bunch of these along with some green olives to the dough. These are then brushed with olive oil confited garlic. The garlic is a beautiful mountain garlic sourced from The Tons Valley Shop.
About Us
Our bakery is located in Malleswaram, Bangalore. We bake all our bread using locally and responsibly grown grains and other raw material. We use ancient techniques such as sourdough to bake a lot of our breads using different combinations of grains.
All breads are on preorder and delivered fresh to you on Tuesdays and Fridays.
